FOUNDER AND VISIONARY
Mr. Tarsem Lal
Tarsam Lal is the compassionate founder and visionary behind Divine Onkar Mission (DOM). His life-changing trip to India in 1988, after decades away, sparked a deep desire to help those in need. Witnessing the plight of a leprosy colony and a man injured on a train journey, he was inspired to make a difference. Through DOM, he established an eye hospital, sponsored eye camps, and provided homes, clean water, and education for the underprivileged. Under his leadership, DOM grew from a humble charity shop to a remarkable organization impacting lives through various projects. Mr. Lal’s unwavering dedication to compassion and humanitarianism is an inspiration to the whole world.
Charanjit Singh

Charanjit embarked on their journey with DOM shortly after encountering Mr. Tersam Lal. Their time alongside Mr. Lal proved enlightening, unveiling the genuine essence of life and motivating a shift in Charanjit’s lifestyle and values. This experience became a pivotal moment in Charanjit’s life story, fostering heightened enthusiasm and a hunger for knowledge gained from Mr. Lal. As fate would have it, an opportunity emerged that enabled Charanjit to translate their acquired wisdom into action, thus heralding the initiation of their affiliation with the Divine Onkar Mission.
Kulwant Singh Manak
VICE CHAIR
Kulwant is the dedicated Vice Chair of Divine Onkar Mission, a prominent charity organisation. With a profound commitment to humanitarian work, he plays a pivotal role in steering the mission’s initiatives towards success. Drawing upon his extensive experience in both business and philanthropy, Kulwant combines strategic thinking with genuine compassion. His leadership fosters a collaborative environment, motivating teams to make a lasting impact on the community. Under his guidance, Divine Onkar Mission continues to thrive.
Manohar Singh
TRUSTEE & DIRECTOR
Manohar’s passion to help others, motivated him to register the Divine Onkar Mission as an official charity in 1992. This gave rise to an inspired commitment for over 30 years of individual fund-raising events, (3-Peaks challenge and London Marathon). This resolve stuck with him in throughout his career as an IT professional leveraging support from companies in the form of laptop and financial donations for the projects in India; he has played a fundamental role in the success of the Divine Onkar Mission.
