Location: Odisha, India
Impact: ~10,000 deaths, widespread destruction, agricultural loss.
Our Response:

Gujarat Earthquake – 2001
Location: Bhuj, Gujarat, India
Impact: 20,000+ deaths, 150,000+ injured, over 1 million buildings destroyed.

Partnered with local organisations to distribute food, clothing, and medical kits.
Kashmir Earthquake – 2005
Location: Pakistan-administered Kashmir
Impact: ~79,000 deaths, 32,000+ buildings collapsed.

Provided food parcels, clothing, and first aid in partnership with local groups.
Uttarakhand Floods – 2013
Location: Uttarakhand, India
Impact: Villages swept away, thousands dead or missing.

Drove aid to affected areas: food, blankets, clothing.

Nepal Earthquake – 2015
Location: Nepal
Impact: Major infrastructure collapse, long-term displacement.

Sent food, essentials, and two containers of clothes/shoes.

Helped rebuild 38 homes in Siblinga, Danda, Gorkha.

Cyclone Fani – 2019

Kerala Floods – 2018
Location: Kerala, India
Impact: Severe flooding and landslides.

India Covid-19 Response – 2020–2021

Impact: Severe disruption to livelihoods, food insecurity.

Aided Nirmala leprosy colony and railway station workers.
